These terms apply to the Pulse Habits mobile app. By using the app you agree to
them.
The app is free
Every feature in Pulse Habits is free. There is no subscription, no in-app
purchase and nothing to buy.
Your data is yours
We do not collect it, so we make no claim to it. See our
What you may do
Use Pulse Habits on any device you own, for as long as you like, for personal
use. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or take it apart to build a
competing product.
Health and fitness disclaimer
Pulse Habits is a habit tracker. It is not a medical device and it does not
provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
The app includes fitness, nutrition, calorie and fasting features. Any target,
calorie figure, meal suggestion, fasting window or exercise it shows is general
information generated from the numbers you enter. It is not a prescription and
it has not been reviewed for you personally.
**Talk to a doctor before starting any exercise programme, restrictive diet or
fast**, and especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, managing
diabetes, an eating disorder, heart, kidney or liver conditions, or taking
medication that depends on food timing. Stop and seek medical help if you feel
faint, unwell or in pain. You use these features at your own risk and remain
responsible for your own health decisions.
Third-party content
The reading feed links to articles published by third parties. Those articles
belong to their publishers, and their views are not ours.
No warranty
Pulse Habits is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not
promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for lost
data. Keep your own backups using the export option in Settings.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything
arising out of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited,
including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you
accept the new version.
