Privacy Policy

Last updated 28 August 2026

Pulse Habits is built to keep your information on your phone. This policy

explains exactly what that means.

We do not collect your personal data

Pulse Habits has no accounts and no logins. We do not ask for your name, email

address or phone number, and we do not create a profile for you. We operate no

server that receives your habits, and there is nothing for us to sell, share or

lose.

Everything you enter stays on your device

Your habits, streaks, logs, notes, journal entries, photos, reminders, food and

exercise records, and every setting are stored locally on your iPhone, inside

the app's own storage. They are included in your device backup if you use one,

and they are deleted when you delete the app.

No tracking, no analytics, no advertising

Pulse Habits contains no third-party analytics SDK, no advertising network and

no tracking technology of any kind. We do not use cookies to identify you and we

do not participate in cross-app tracking. The app's Diagnostics screen shows

counters such as how many habits you have logged; those numbers are computed and

stored on your device only, and are never transmitted anywhere.

What the app does fetch from the internet

Some features load public content over the internet. When they do, the servers

involved receive an ordinary web request, which necessarily includes your IP

address, the same as visiting a website.

listed in the app.

up.

App Store release.

None of these requests carry your habits, your notes, your identity or anything

you have typed into the app.

Camera, photos and notifications

picture. Images you attach stay on your device with the rest of your data.

leave the device, and we cannot see whether you opened one.

You can withdraw any of these permissions at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Health data

Pulse Habits does not request or read Apple Health data.

Children

Pulse Habits is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone,

including children. Because we collect nothing, we cannot knowingly or

unknowingly hold a child's personal information.

Your rights

Because your data never reaches us, there is nothing for us to disclose, export

or erase on your behalf. You hold all of it. To export it, use the backup option

in Settings. To erase all of it, delete the app from your iPhone.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. If a

future version of the app introduces optional accounts or cloud sync, this

policy will be updated before that version ships, and those features will be

opt-in.
